The department conducts soft skills enhancement program in the college. The students are trained in communication, leadership, teamwork and attitude building. This includes several outdoor based activities besides case studies, role plays and seminars
INDUSTRY- INSTITUION INTERACTION
Regular guest lecture by industry expert in different functional areas are arranged frequently. Periodic industrial visits are arranged to get to know the actual happenings in the industry. Regular interaction with professional bodies like MMA, CII enable the students to expose to the corporate world.
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Our students have the opportunity to participate in the internship program which consists of meaningful projects, a set of projects which consist for a period of 3 weeks in any of the functional area at the end of II semester. Through this the students gain knowledge and learn more about the corporate people, their culture and environment.
